A beautiful and clean apartment with sea views from the kitchen and living room, and a balcony with a sea view. The kitchen has everything you need: a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. The living room has a large dining table for four people, and the balcony seats six. Everything is well-maintained and clean. Parking is available in the gated parking lot. A highlight is the access under the expressway directly to the beach and the walking pier. Communication with the host was excellent.

Espresso cups would be nice. Otherwise everythng fine.

El departamento es hermoso, tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacacones perfectas. Cocina equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar alli, no falta nada. Habitaciones y camas cómodas, tiene 2 baños, agua caliente, aire acondicinado, secador de pelo, tender, toallas y jabon liquido. El wifi excelente. La vista desde el balcón es perfecta, el acceso a la piscina y estacionamiento son geniales. Tiene un acceso directo a la playa desde el estacionamiento que es perfecta. Se ingresa con auto check in lo cual es perfecto porque no importa a que hora llegues. Gracias Juan!! Pasamos dias hermosos en el apartamento, sin duda volveremos!!

Well equipped, spacious apartment. Beautiful view from the pleasant terrace. Great pool. Very kind hosts.

It is noisy at day and night due to the nearby A-7 motorway. The common areas need renovation.
