"Limpieza, escasa o nula."

La amplitud del apartamento.

La falta de limpieza, nos chocó bastante, algunos muebles y electrodomésticos para renovar, pero ya!!! La falta de algunos enseres de cocina. El frío que hace, hemos estado del 1 al 5 de Junio y hemos tenido que poner la calefacción, piso bajo y muy sombrío. Es una pena que lo grande que es, lo ensombrezca todo lo anteriormente expuesto, sobre todo y por encima la limpieza, estamos muy descontentos y así se lo hemos hecho saber a la persona que se encarga, Tino.

Por un problema de los huéspedes anteriores no pudimos alojarnos en este apartamento, pero el dueño nos ofreció otro más céntrico en Ribadesella que estaba genial igualmente. Limpio, cómodo y por el mismo precio.

Amplitud del apartamento, una terraza privada. Dos baños, uno de ellos dentro de la habitación. Además la buena comunicación con el propietario y que te resuelve cualquier problema, aún no estando obligado a hacerlo.
