Perfect location, private access, all internal areas spotlessly clean, everything you need for a ‘home from home’ stay (except for a full oven if that’s your thing), wonderfully comfortable bed (..for me personally!) in a quiet bedroom located at the rear, two balconies for shade/sun as desired all day (with two lovely little doves visiting to say hello!), excellent WiFi/streaming services, quiet road to the front with on street parking always available, taxi rank opposite, shops/supermarkets/bars/restaurants/pharmacy/car hire all no more than a two minute walk away; five minute walk to the bus station which is perfectly located in the centre of the island to take you north/south/west to enjoy the rest of Fuerte; the central beach a leisurely five-eight minute stroll (depending on your speed..!). Great value for money from a host who clearly cares, appreciates your custom and deserves to thrive in hospitality. I would not hesitate to book Caleta Alto again if available for my dates..in fact, perhaps I shouldn’t have told you all this..🤫?!

Absolutely nothing to dislike..exactly as described and shown in the photo gallery (except that there is a newly built Funde Grube opposite now, but it’s a low rise building, landscaped beautifully and if anything, this enhances the view from this compact but perfectly dimensioned apartment).

The bed was so comfortable and very quiet to sleep and an earlier check in was great. Lovely sunny balcony all day .
