The central location.

FIxtures, especially in the bathroom, were broken and in need of replacement. Other fixtures have been badly installed. At night you could hear noise from the bars/clubs 2 streets away.

Anfitriona muy agradable, en contacto con ella para indicaciones de entrada y salida y alguna pregunta sobre la casa. Casa apta para dos personas (también disponible para ir con bebé, tienen cuna, trona y bañera), habitación grande, baño normal y cocina americana. Tiene dos terrazas y hace que exista corriente agradable en la casa. Disponen de silla playa y alguna sombrilla. Nos dejaron unas bebidas de cortesía. Justo estaban de obras enfrente de la casa y la anfitriona nos avisó con 3 semanas de antelación.

Algunas veces había olor a tuberías un poco desagradable. La lavadora funcionaba regular, teníamos de desconectar de corriente y volver a conectar para funcionar. Sofá un poco incómodo.

Location of the property was just want we wanted, quite central to all the amenities

Wonderful location, couple of minutes walk to shops, bars & restaurants - 5 minutes walk to beach. Apartment is spacious, well laid out with 2 balconies that get the sun all day. Welcome drinks were in the fridge which ws a nice touch. Although we didn't meet face to face, Guaci was on hand for any questions or requests and was very helpful, letting us remain in the apartment past check out time as we had a late flight home.

There wasn't really anything not to like other than the building work that was ongoing opposite. Guaci had told us about it when we booked and it was almost finished so it shouldn't really impact others that rent this apartment going forward. Also this was completely out of the owners control so shouldn't be put down as a mark against this property.

The location is perfect for us. Only stayed 2 nights but on our list to stay again. 2 balcony's with all the amenities.

Could do with a small lamp in living area rather than large ceiling light at night.
