perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Sevilla, nahe Bushaltestelle und 5 min Fußweg mitten in die Einkaufsstrassen der Altstadt; 15min Fußweg zu den 3 schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Kathedrale etc) Parkplatz dazubuchbar; Unkomplizierte, elektronische Möglichkeit in die Unterkunft als auch in die Tiefgarage (200m entfernt) zu kommen;

Good localisation, quiet neighborhood. The bed is comfortable. Friendly owner.

Cleanliness could be better. Especially AC ducts which are simply filthy. Please clean them as this might be a health hazard...

شقة جميلة جدا تحتوي على كل الضروريات اللازمة موقع رائع قريبة من جميع المرافق و الأسواق التجارية .( carrefour/día/aldi) المسؤول عن الإقامة كان شخصا ودودا متعاونا .

Lo que más me gusto fue sobretodo el aire acondicionado, es excepcional, había a veces que tenía que apagarlo por el frío. Además de que la cama y el sofá son ambos muy cómodos para dormir.

Lo que menos me gustó es que las televisiones no funcionaban además de que la smart TV se nota que es algo antigua porque es algo difícil conectarse con el móvil. Pero aún así la resolución de dicha tele es bastante buena.

Apartment in the old town, very close to the strict historical center. Keys in a locker, the owner sent videos with instructions, so there was no problem with entering. The apartment is fully equipped, we were two, so it was very spacious. There is a small bakery next to the building, so you can quickly eat a cheap breakfast. The owner provided a place in the underground parking about 300m from the premises, there is not much space there, in general the streets of old Seville are narrow, so I do not recommend moving a large SUV. The apartment is in a quiet area, there is an elevator to the second floor, air conditioning.
