Very convenient overall (apartment facilities, location). The host was very responsive and helpful.

Location, location. Simply excellent with easy access to all the city can offer. Restaurants within 10 min walk , historical architecture and major tourist sites all within walking distance, lovely parks and close to riiver

Unable to have English sub titles on TV and all appliance instructions in spanish (a challenge if you only read and speak English)

Humidity, the flat was not clean properly and kitchen utensils (no basic things like a kettle and cloths to dry dishes). The price is too expensive for what you get.

10/10 absolutely super central accommodation, Owner (Jose F Molins) was very helpful from the get go..when we arrived we WhatsApp'd him...and he booked us in remotely by sending a video on how and where to access accommodation in the building while providing door codes etc...he also provided video of a map of the city and best places to go...alot of good information there....City mapping app is great too of course...Accommodation is excellent great value for money, washing machine, cooking hob, fridge freezer, microwave etc included l.....both Stairs and lift in the building suitable for all ages ...and for that extra culture opera singer was beautifully singing in a music building next door on one of the mornings...a fantastic treat....highly recommend xx Michael and Siobhan Cork Ireland

Location close to grocers, major attractions around the cathedral, various choices of places to eat within 15 minute walking distance.

Directions to public waste disposal facilities - since we are not familiar with local municipal systems of rubbish removal.

The house is in a central location so we did everything on foot, about 15 minutes walk from Isla Magica. It has a private garage, which requires reservation, which is approximately 200 meters away . We paid €20 per day, which from what we researched is cheaper than other car parks. The host of the house was really nice and easy to be in touch with.

If you choose to request the garage, be aware that if your car is low/lower there is a high possibility of scraping the front when leaving the garage (it happened to us but we were already counting on it) the parking space is quite large so I don't think a larger car will have trouble fitting.

Centrally located, with supermarkets and bars in close proximity. There's a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. Check-in was easy with a video tutorial illustrating how to find the keys. I have not met the landlord during my stay.

The air conditioning did not run very stably and, when it worked, cooled the apartment down to 23 degrees Celsius. If you are used to sleeping in a cooler bedroom, perhaps select another place to stay. Because the apartment was too hot, I decided to find another apartment and ended my stay at Alameda after two days. The landlord texted afterwards that they fixed the air conditioning which could well be the case. Will probably stay elsewhere next time.
