No tenía aire acondicionado y lo pasamos súper mal por el calor, las escaleras para acceder súper estrechas para pasar las maletas , tiene difícil zona de aparcamiento

Bardzo podobała mi się lokalizacja – wszystko było w zasięgu ręki, a okolica przyjemna. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, dobrze umeblowane, co zapewnia komfortowy pobyt. Dużym atutem jest także taras – choć niewielki, to bardzo przyjemny. Na plus również szybki i bezproblemowy kontakt z gospodarzem – wszystko przebiegło sprawnie i w miłej atmosferze.

W mieszkaniu nie ma klimatyzacji, dostępne są jedynie wentylatory sufitowe, które przy wysokich temperaturach nie zawsze zapewniają wystarczające ochłodzenie — bywa dość duszno. Warto rozważyć montaż klimatyzacji, szczególnie z myślą o gościach odwiedzających w sezonie letnim. Mieszkanie posiada duże okno z wyjściem na taras, które wychodzi na budynek znajdujący się naprzeciwko, na podobnej wysokości (najprawdopodobniej biurowiec). Przy otwartym oknie, które jest potrzebne, by do wnętrza wpadało naturalne światło, należy liczyć się z ograniczoną prywatnością.

Fabulous apartment with an excellent location!

It was great but would have been even better if there was some coffee for the Nespresso machine and some more toiletries like shampoo. Still would definitely go again!

Location is great. Apartmen is big, spacious, well decorated/minimalistic, which is great.

Although the apartment is beautiful and spacious, it has some shortcomings that the owner should address: There is a noticeable smell of dampness, which is being masked with air fresheners. There is an issue with the shower in the shower tray, which works intermittently. The same is with the toilette. At night, small cockroaches can be found in the shower tray. The building is old, so the presence of cockroaches is not surprising, but pest control is necessary. The sink is too small, which is really inconvenient as it causes water to splash onto the surrounding items and the floor.
