"excellent location but very poor value for money"

the location was perfect to enjoy Valencia. the house was very spacious

there were not basic facilities you would expect (like no soap, water to drink, little toilet paper - only 1 roll for 4 days in 2 people). also the host charged us 20€ for late check in, which was not indicated in the booking. she did nkt speak english and was not able to provide any useful info about the city, not sonething mandatory but overall we felt like we lacked hospitality from her side. also the house was not so clean and the entrance of the building was very narrow, particularly the stairs were very steep

location was great spacious clean apartment

charge of 20€ for arriving after 9pm, would have been better if we were informed. Small balcony across from a busy office not very private

"Superb"

The apartment is in the historic centre, close to pedestrian area. Very well furnished with great taste. Ms. Mariale was super kind waiting for us for the keys and explaining the apartment.
