L'Arbre

The apartment is very clean and in an excellent location in the Old Town part of Valencia. It is in a quiet area but a short walk to shops, restaurants, Turia Gardens and public transport. The apartment is very comfortable and a good size for two people. It is lovely to have three balconies. Having a washing machine is a definite bonus.

There isn't anything we didn't like which is why we have stayed here four times.

Great location, fine apartment, silent area of old town (but if you want 100% .peace do not stay in old town), equiped with all that you need, responsive host and host was generous to allow us earlier check in. Great stay!

Sewage smell is a problem of whole Old Town, not the apartment - host even added air refreshener, but not even close bad as described by.some previous guests (at least for us) - I was really worried about this issue - in fact it was very good and minor topic. We did not care about stairs (yes narrow and steep) but who cares - people you should excersise - do not complain about stairs... In the night it migh be noisy (Old Town) so if you are very sensitive, provide air plugs - and no problem. Shades were fine, making sufficiend dark (as some guests were writing that these do not cover whole windows) - to us this was very important as we sleep in total dark. So shades/curtains are covering fully all windows (in second floor apartment).

Our apartment was on the first floor. The surrounding area is not the most picturesque location and our view from the window was not great, but t is very well located for access to the major attractions of the old town which was important for us. The location was quiet at night. Kitchen well equipped, including washing up liquid.

It was a spacious apartment but there a few housekeeping issues that could improve your stay. The curtains (only one per window} were not big enough to cover the windows, curtains come in pairs a false economy for the privacy needed if there's just one. The smell from the drains was not noticeable at first, but as the week progressed it became noticeably worse. The kitchen cupboard doors are very wobbly.

Very cozy and pleasant stay in L'Arbre apartment. We enjoyed the location and the surroundings of the apartment and small plaza. The apartment was clean and equipped with all needed things. The apartment was located on the first floor without an elevator, but it was manageable with bigger luggage. All in all, another great stay in Valencia for me, and I can't wait for returning back!

The only thing I wanted to mention is smell that can be a problem for some travelers. The device in the bathroom was doing a great job for the majority of days.

I liked the location and the size of the apartment

The apartment stinks of sewage as (probably) there is a problem in the toilet's pipes (siphon). I hope the apartment's owner is going to repair the problem in the toilet otherwise be ready to share the apartment with the sewage stink.
