very central location in the most cosy area of the city centre. Nice we could check in earlier.

Bed is very small and hard to access from one side. Stairs to the appartment are narrow, so it was hard to get larger piece of luggage up the stairs. Limited numbers of towels ( 2 per person for 8 nights). No table near the couch. Lot of noise to close.the outside door down the stairs.

Everything, the host was really good , he even left us a bottle of champagne for my husband's 60th birthday. Location is spot on.

There was a smell from the bathroom, but that was quite common in the area

Excellent location. Near by everything in the city center, short walk to buses /parks etc. Quiet compared to outside. Comfortable interior with AC and good value for money. Has everything you could need for extended stay. Very happy

Fit and finish could be better. Lose plugs in walls etc. bedside lamp plugged into nothing. Fan above bed very noisy. Bed okay but a little small for a couple. Stairs very steep as old building, but could be difficult for some people with poor mobility so worth knowing. Also smell from pluming typical in the old town

Very very good location, with a nice tapas restaurant below. You can reach any place by walk. The view is also pretty, the bed and couch are comfortable. The host was also available by text and tried his/her best to accommodate our requests. The wifi worked well.

The smell is very disturbing, especially with the humidity and the weather. It is an issue related to València but this building is old so the smell is very strong. We also found the apartment dusty (clean but dusty). Also the apartment isn’t very bright/illuminated.

The location was great, right in the old town and still near to the busy centre and everything we needed. Perfect size and was comfy and clean. Host was very attentive.

As many have said the smell from the toilet is very bad but this can not be helped - it is an old town issue. The pull out sofa was also broken when we arrived however when we contacted the host he came over immediately and fixed the sofa bed and helped sort out the smell. He was extremely helpful and easy to contact! Curtains do also need to be a bit bigger.

The bed was cozy, the sofa not so much. The apartment had all the necessary amenities.

Only one washing machine capsule available for a week long stay was not enough, so we had to buy the whole box…

Lovely little apartment in a quaint location, above a lovely friendly bar; we were in 1st floor apartment and stairs up to it are narrow and steep, maybe a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Everything you need for a short stay and really clean. Our daughter slept on sofa bed in living room and loved it, she was so comfortable. Would highly recommend, it's walking distance to metro, loads of bars and restaurants, you can get a bus to beach, would take about half hour or so.

We had a beautiful bathroom but there was a very unpleasant odour in it most of the time like stale water? Pity as you rush shower to get out there! Also an airer would be much better idea for drying clothes than using the dryer in washing machine.

The location is perfect! Very close to the center of old town, and also very close to tram/ bus stop. Also the apartment it self is spacious and beautiful! I like the apartment balcony is facing the little square, always wake up in a good mood.

Can’t think of anything I don’t like.
