La ubicación perfecta y el apartamento tal y como se describe. Recomendable.

1. Kitchen supplies - knives, forks, plates, pots and other stuff for cooking and eating is available. 2. Food - salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil and coffee capsules were provided. 3. Location - close to the city centre, but not noisy. 4. Staff - the manager was really polite, answered quickly and was ready to help whenever we need

1. Shower - only half of the shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom with the glass wall. Be ready that after evening shower your bathroom floor will be full of water. 2. Toiletries - there were 3 of us, we were staying for a week. We had only one roll of paper, 2 bottles of shower gel (50ml each) and 2 small pieces of soap. 3. Nobody changed the towels. We had washing machine but no laundry staff like capsules was provided so we couldn't wash them by ourselves

Appartamento molto pulito e accogliente, in ottima posizione nel centro, vicino a tutto. Silenzioso nonostante ci sia un locale sottostante. Dotato di aria condizionata e cucina completa, perfetto per un soggiorno breve.

Solo un piccolo consiglio: aggiungere uno stendino, sarebbe davvero comodo.

Molto attrezzata, posizione ottima.

Odore dal bagno

The location and size of the apartment were convenient. The washing machine, iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, utensils, big refrigerator with freezer. The apartment got big windows and balconies. The communication with the host was polite. He was replying quickly and eager to resolve all the problems. There was blackout curtains, that was good.

1. The air conditioner was not working properly while it was +40°C outside. But the host got it fixed after two days, so after that everything was fine. 2. In the bedroom, there are no air conditioner, just a ventilator, so if you go there while there is +40°C outside, you probably want an air conditioner in your bedroom. 😁 3. Overall, the apartment was clean, but the walls were dirty. a fresh coat of paint wouldn't hurt. 4. The balcony floors were dirty. 5. The stairs are narrow. If you have big bags, or you are a bigger person, and it would be challenging to get to your apartment 😁 6. Te smell, but I suppose it's an old house problem. At first it was uncomfortable, but after some while you get used to it and don't feel it anymore.

The property was located centrally, next to the main attractions. The apartment management seemed friendly, allowing us to check in one hour earlier.

The furniture was quite old (in the living room) and unpractical (a wardrobe in the bedroom blocking access to one side of the bed). Some of the appliances were dangerously “old”: a broken socket in the wall, a defective tap in the kitchen. Also, the kitchen lacked some basic stuff, like pans/pots. Also not the easiest to get in touch with the apartment management, prior to our stay: I had to call Booking to ask that one of my messages be replied to. Really not the best value for money.

Excellent location in El Carmen barrio. Great features like 3 balconies and exposed brickwork. The shower was excellent and facilities for cooking were good. The restaurant El Árbol in the square below is a great addition

There were 53 stairs up to the property which may cause issues for those with limited mobility
