The apartment is close to the beach and also within easy reach of the old town. It is large, spacious, and features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, two large bathrooms, and a nice view. An additional advantage is the parking space for a car.

"A terrible experience in unhygienic MOLD covered apartment with broken facilities and a rude owner."

Upon arrival, the apartment was very dirty with MOLD and leaks in the living room, many weird stains on the broken sofas, a broken chair in the living room, BLOOD and other stains and on the bedsheets! After a couple days we also had severe plumbing issues in both bathrooms which left us unable to use the shower or toilet for two days (!), and the rooftop pool was closed. Furthermore, the owner Paola was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly throughout our stay. Even after a formal complaint, no proper solution or compensation was provided. DON'T BOOK THIS APARTMENT!! See pictures!!

nos encantó la amplitud de la casa en general, las vistas desde el balcon y la ubicacion inmejorable. Además, tenía parking gratis muy útil para estar en pleno centro de marbella.

The location is excellent. On the edge of the old town and the beach is 50m away. Lots of good restaurants close by. Plus the parking is a massive benefit.

Huge apartment in a great location with secure parking. Everything we needed! Communication was excellent in arranging check-in. Thank you for a super stay.
