Pas de lave-vaisselle Trop peu de vaisselle Téléviseur obsolète

Emplacement Propreté de l'ensemble du bâtiment

Refus du propriétaire de remplacer la télévision devenue obsolète.

La proximité de tout, tout etait tres correct.

Un balcon aurait été idéal, mais pas nécessaire puisque l’on passe tout notre temps à l’extérieur.

l’abbiamo trovato non pulita al 100% con la porta del bagno che non si chiudeva e per di più la caparra lasciata all’inizio non se è più vista traccia anche con richiamo al titolare dell’appartamento.Quindi direi che non lo consiglierei

Location was fab, shower fantastic, nice spacious room with comfortable bed

The fact that there was no balcony too sit out on, also it was like fort knocks, even to get to the pool, you had to advise the receptionist to buzz you through the door, never experienced this before!! Then once you get too the pool area, another key was required to get to the pool, which we never had, so had to wait for someone to let us in!! Sunbeds were NOT comfortable so bring a cushion!!

Would highly recommend that everyone stay away from this property not safe location for couple with family I booked for one week over the Christmas period I had the first 2 days me and my pregnant wife cleaning as there was stains on the towels the mattress and bedsheets not to mention the condition of the bathroom with pubic hair everywhere and there is no one there was no one to contact to help. Will tell you to call someone else and then tries to keep your deposit so be aware book else where

We landed in Tenerife, tried phoning our contact who was supposed to be meeting us to let us in our apartment, she never answered. We got a taxi to Las Americas the taxi driver had never heard of apartment's Wonderful Studio, so we had to find them ourselves. After more than an hour of looking we found the apartment's were called El Dorado,not Wonderful Studio, no mention of this on any correspondence. The receptionist got in touch with the cleaner, and he told us how to get in.once we were in we found the enclosed balcony windows were broken and only one would open, the sliding toilet door was broken so you couldn't close the door at all, it was always fully open, and when I had a shower the shower head fell off.
