Waou Gran Via III - Alquiler Corta Duración

A localização é ótima, perto da Gran via, vários restaurantes e mercado.

O quarto não condiz com as fotos, não fica claro que os quartos são diferentes. É um prédio com vários apartamentos diferentes entre si. O banheiro é um espaço separado por vidro do quarto, falta privacidade. Isso não é dito nos detalhes da hospedagem. Tive problemas para entrar no prédio, não recebi as instruções de entrada. Tive que mandar mensagem e ligar para o proprietário para receber a senha para entrar.

Clean, bright, organize, host very responsive and flexible

You can hear the neighbors upstairs moving around in the middle of the night. So if you have a light sleep that might disturbed you

The door key is automatic. Several times the system was triggered and keep opening. That was really annoying and made me feel unsafe. Also, one morning somebody tried to get in and I keep closing the door. This mace feel unsafe again.

Loved everything about this place!!! Location was amazing. Walking distance to everything you could need- shops, restaurants, bars, markets and more! Only issue was the power went off a few times but with the breaker switch we were able to fix it!!! The host was very responsive and super helpful in trying to resolve the issue! We loved this quant apartment- it was perfect for my boyfriend and I!!

Nothing special. Location is on 15min walk distance from main square and Retiro park. Good places in neighborhood for breakfast.

Place is too small with paper thin walls. In 5min distance there are few clubs which are crowded during night. Bathroom is literally 2x1m and in shower cabin is impossible to move. Refrigerator is on 3m from bed, and in few minutes in becomes incredibly hot, so during warm months you need AC turned on during night. There is one additional bed for 2 more persons, but space if too small for anyone not to be claustrophobic. Definitely not value for money.

Location, very helpful stuff

Really good location, easy to find, close to metro, close to Puerta del Sol and all atractions, shopping stores and everything. The shower great, always hot water, good pressure. Bed very comfortable. you have everything you need in the apartment. good value for the money.

the smell!! it was horrible in the bathroom, i think it is a general problem, is not coming from the apartment. but the smell was hard, almost impossible to tolerate. Old , muddy pipes smell combined with feces. you cannot breathe effectively. because of that, when you get in the apartment, its very unpleasant and unwelcoming.

It was so close to everything! Everything was within a few minutes. There were nice restaurants all around with great food. The location is not on a main road so it’s a little more quiet.

The door made unlocking/locking sounds by itself at night sometimes which was a little weird.
