The fact that the cost was £530 when booked but I actually paid £560. When I questioned it, they said it was because of the exchange rate.

The apartment was in a great location easy accessible excellent views fully equipped very satisfactory would definitely stay again

the outside of the apartment leading to reception was immaculate and well kept plants. the view was excellent the fridge was clean there was always hot water the towels and sheets were clean

The apartment is dated and tired curtains hanging off, dirty poor condition of sofa and dining chairs, mattresses and pillows were all stained and not good quality, shower head broken but got it replaced, shower screen was filthy and needs replacing, the floors we not very clean, patio doors didn’t open properly, big window struggled to open.

Location of the property was excellent, with a brilliant view of the beach

There was no air conditioning, so we had to have the windows open in the night, and it was quite noisy

Location Can't fault the position of the apartment it's right on the prom few metres from beach, and not a noisy area view is lovely and size of apartment is great

Do not book here if you are disabled and require a mobility scooter there is no where to charge them to unless you can remove the battery and walk up and down a steep ramp about 40 metres which if you are disabled you can’t do We had to take the scooters to the hire place every night for them to be charged one of our party went back and forth with them. The apartment is very tired and needs a lot of TLC there is not enough dishes etc in kitchen, the cutlery you don't want to use. Milk bought on 29 thAugust was sour by 2nd September so new fridge needed No kettle in kitchen when asked the agent for one was told kettle not allowed because it blows the electrics and could start a fire We are covered in bed bug bites from the beds Shower curtain needs to be replaced Floors need a wet cleaning There is only one mirror in the apartment, we have taken photographs to confirm what we have said Be careful of hot tap in laundry room as it can scold there was only one mirror in the apartment in the bathroom and there was only 1/2 a toilet roll supplied Sockets were mouldy and some were hanging off Sheets on my bed were ripped no catch on external bedroom door so can't be locked
