Очень хорошее расположение в отличном районе Севильи и - очень важно - собственная парковка. Мы комфортно разместились семьёй двое взрослых и двое подростков. Две ванные комнаты были очень кстати. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал, который всегда на связи и готов прийти на помощь

Очень плохая шумоизоляция (особенно в спальне с двойной кроватью). Отсутствие духового шкафа несколько ограничивает возможности приготовления пищи (хотя это важно только при длительном проживании). В целом, квартира выглядит не очень большой

Everything everybody says is true. Apartment is great.

The instructions to the apartment was sent ok, and on the dot at 3pm. But nowhere it was mentioned which apartment it is. There are 3 apartments just on the first floor, so you had to guess which one will open on the app. The parking number and location was given. But they don't mention how to get into the private parking lot. The agent could have just told me that the tag is in the apartment, and not leave me out on the street for more than an hour. I was told I must "follow instructions". I sent messages and could see that it has been read, while out on the street, but was ignored. Still waiting for a reply. Pardon me, but the instructions were poor and non existent. I am not the idiot here.

No teníamos agua caliente para las duchas. Es un termo para 6 personas. No hay gas

El apto. es muy cómodo, completo hasta el mas mínimo detalle y muy agradable. Y la limpieza sobresaliente.

Todo, la ubicación, la claridad de las instrucciones para la llegada, salida, uso del parking. La amplitud y claridad del apto. La comodidad, limpieza. Un diez.

The apartment was big and spacious. Very close to the citizen centre, and parking was an unbeatable bonus. It is very hard to park your car in Seville. Nearby there are plenty of nice restaurants and grocery stores. You can easily walk to the citizen centre in 15 minutes. Overall great stay and great host. Thank you.

구시가지가 아닌 주택가여서 주변이 깔끔하고 마트나 식당을 이용하기에도 좋고 도보거리에 명소를 다 돌아볼수 있는 아주 좋은 숙소입니다 숙소자체도 시설이 잘되어있고 지내는동안 부족함없이 잘 지냈습니다 여러가지 식기나 식기세척기,세탁기.에어컨.TV, 무료주차장등 다 좋았어요 호스트의 세심한 배려도 느껴졌고 계속 연락을 주어서 고마왔습니다 강추합니다
