big space, 2 bedrooms, comfortable bed, kitchen was well equipped and clean

shower and washrooms need mold cleaning and better water sealing. parking is a challenge with getting the key and elevator to transport luggage from parking garage to the street. no keys available, so need mobile/data constantly to get in and out of the apartment and building entrance.

Lovely apartment, easy walk to old town with its own parking. Nice to have cold water in the fridge plus tea and coffee to welcome us. Easy hand over everything explained

The flat was very clean and spacious and well stocked. When items were missing or the sink had an issue - the team resolved it quickly. The staff also helped with tourist information.

Two hours before we were meant to check in we got a call saying there would be a €20 late check in fee. This was not told to us before which is frustrating. We requested a late check out and the message was read and received a day before we had to leave. However, on the day the staff were inconsiderate and claimed they had not seen the message and we needed to leave immediately. To be honest, they harassed us a little bit when we were doing our best to pack up and leave immediately.

Perfect location, you can walk to the city center. Very clean and nice apartment and very well equipped. Comfortable beds. It has a private parking in the garage. We enjoyed our stay a lot 🙂 Definitely a very good choice for staying in Sevilla!
