The Building and the apartment are very nice. The apartment is spacious and has a lot of light coming in from the dining area. It looks recently renovated. Beds are very comfortable and having 2 bathrooms is a great plus for a family! Location is nice, but still 15-20 mins walk from city centre.

Communication with the host was not satisfactory. We confirmed our arrival time a couple of days before check-in and had I not sent another message 30 mins before arrival, they would have not met us as agreed as they were again waiting for our second confirmation. We still had to wait to get our keys. The girl that attended us did not give clear indications regarding parking which lead to confusion. After check-in I contacted the property to inform them about the sofa being covered in sand and glitter (possibly from previous visitors) asking if someone could come to clean. No answer. I cleaned it myself. On our first day someone was supposed to collect dirty laundry that was left in 2 big laundry bags in the dining area and we asked to be informed by whatsapp or phone prior to them coming. At 5.30pm someone just turned up at the door without calling or informing us before. I guess small mishaps like this happen all the time, but we just felt that very little care was taken for small details.

This a lovely apartment perfectly located just across the river from the Plaza de Espana and all the attractions of the old town. It comes with a convenient parking space if you need it. The apartment has excellent air conditioning throughout. Which is need in the summer. It also has everything you need for your stay. Finally I would like to say a special thank you to Jose who met us at the apartment. He was so helpful, friendly and went out of his way to give us information and tips for our stay in Seville. A real ambassador for his city. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Seville.

Absolutely nothing!

Spacious, well equipped apartment. Friendly host, gave recommendations where to eat etc. On the other side of the river from the main tourist attractions, but easy to walk across, or the bus stop is right outside, therefore public transport option is easy too. Secure parking is a bonus.

The flat was a good size and in a wonderful location. Host was so kind and attentive. We were delayed and arrived rather late but the host was so kind to us.

would have been nice to have some coffee pods but it wasn’t a big deal as the supermarket is just next to the apartment.

Great apartment with a garage, well-equipped with everything we needed. Many shops nearby and the main sights of Seville are within walking distance. The internet was fast and reliable.
