Very nice apartment. Great location at a very cozy pedestrian street right in the centre of Santa Cruz with lots of bars at restaurants - but sill quiet in the apartment since we were on 6th floor. Access to an awesome rooftop terrace

"Superb"

Very nice apartment in a good location on a pedestrian only road. Stylishly decorated and furniture was very comfortable, especially the bed. Very quiet building, only one apartment on each of the 7 floors. Appliances were good quality and working well. We were met by the host who ran us through the basics and was helpful with subsequent queries. Great air conditioning in both lounge and bedroom…bliss after the heat outside.

The towels. It’s not a luxury look to have towels with bleach spots and holes and the bath towels were more like beach or pool towels. Time for an upgrade. No toaster.

Great location, big clean apartment. In the kitchen coffee, tea, sugar and various spices. In the bedrooms large beds with a comfortable mattress. In the bathroom a hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. Apartment on the 6th floor has an elevator. Access to the roof terrace. Nice service, quick contact. Wish there were more places like this.

Location is superb!! Really clean, comfortable and well equipped. Jaime checked in on us a few times via WhatsApp to make sure we were happy / all in order. The roof terrace although not private is a great addition.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. The bedrooms were large with good lighting and comfortable beds. The location was ideal - very central and close to many restaurants and shops. Our host was always available and most helpful in all respects.

The lift to the 6th floor was very small.
