amazing apartment! Clean, neat, everything you need is there, even if you have e longer stay. The owner is very nice and helpful. Excellent location, close to the center, park and the port!!! Under the apartment there are great bars, restaurants and stores

Beautiful modern apartment in a great part of the city. The host was very helpful and provided plenty of recommendations. The accommodation was clean, and the access to the terrace was a nice addition.

Jaime was a fabulous host! The apartment is lovely. The bathroom a little small but with all the amenities you might need. Perfect for a couple. Terrace upstairs is great too, nice breeze on a hot day and covered. The only inconvenience is that you have to keep emptying the glass bottles from the Aircon but of rather that than no air con at all!!

The Aircon emptying Also, you cannot be noise sensitive here. The apartment is incredibly central and the Spaniards live a late life....

Accommodation suited our requirements perfectly and right in the town centre. Jaime was a very attentive and accommodating host.

Very centrally located, on a pedestrian street, plenty of restaurants nearby. Was exceptionally clean, with good kitchen facilities. Massive, very comfortable sofa, and good sized smart tv. The air conditioning was very effective, which was a plus, as it was very warm in Santa Cruz when we were there. Easy access to the 6th floor with the small elevator. Excellent communication with Jamie, the owner. There is very cheap secure parking at the Ramon y Cajal parking, just a few hundred meters from the apartment.

The opaque doors mean that you cannot have complete darkness in the bedrooms, if your son insists on staying up late watching tv, whilst you are trying to sleep... :-)
