The apartment has potential to be lovely but needs some work, went to use the washing machine and the door fell off, gave us a portable machine unable to use this. When we reported this they fixed the door and went to use again and door was not secure and fell off again causing us to have to drain the washing machine. Aircon leaking outside with live electrical wires causing my husband to have a shock which could of been fatal on the 9th floor and low balcony.They fixed this by wrapping tape around the mains and told us to pop bucket underneath. Apartment needs alot of TLC, i wouldn't recommend this place especially with young children as potential for accidents. When checking out reception said bag storage is closed 2 days a week so we were unable to store our luggage for a later flight. The owners were quick to respond to our issues but didnt resolve them correctly

The Sofa is totally worn out and is shedding the finish, needs badly to be replaced. The two frying pans were scratched and not usable.

Great location, very central. Highlight was the terrace, and beautiful views.. Sunsets and sunrise

The benal beach complex itself is very big and sprawling.. Would be good to have a map, identifying various gates and rows in and out.

L’appartement était très bien, magnifique terrasse avec vue imprenable, et surtout la proximité de tout! Carrefour, macdo, restaurants, bord de mer. Facilement atteindre l’autoroute pour bouger partout sur toute la côte.

The apartment was very dirty we arrived and the washing machine door was off the patio doors didnt lock the shower door was loose and a few plugs didnt have anything around them so they looked like they were hanging of the wall. We couldnt speak to the peson who we rented from, just through text , the washer wasnt fixed the plugs were not fix or shower screen. Would never go back to that apartment and all the chew spoilt our holiday

Great views and fully equipped apartment

We had a broken toilet seat on arrival- reported straight away but wasn’t fixed during our stay. Then tried to use the washing machine- the full door fell off when we opened it then we spent ages draining cups of water into the sink as it didn’t work. We reported both of these issues and neither were fixed. We couldn’t use the washing machine after this. It also took us an hour to check in after several phone calls to the owners. Not sure what the problem was but at one point I didn’t think we would get the keys at all. Guy on reception was not helpful!
