Adorable urban suites

Everything you could need was provided. Washing machine, television, kettle, toaster etc. We also got excellent recommendations from Jesse for local restaurants. Situated in a nice, peaceful suburb with local tapas places nearby.

A little bit on the small side for a week's holiday as no balcony to sit on. Also, the better beach, Las Canteras, is a fair distance away but we enjoyed the walk.

It looks exactly like the photos, and it’s in the perfect location. Close to the bus station, cute shops, restaurants, the beach.. couldn’t ask for more. The price is good for what you get. And the host check in on you frequently to ask if you need anything like toilet paper, cleaning etc. I would recommend!

Great location, close to the beaches, and the area itself feels safe. The room was clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. I felt like a guest in their appartments. Definitely value for money.

Everything was Perfect! Jesse is a wonderful host, so kind and generous, so helpful that you rarely get to meet one alike❤️ The place is compact but you get all that you need including filtred water, coffee maker, some wielcome tea. The area is rather calm, yes-there are noises from the street but it's natural. Definitely recommend for a stay to travel around the island.

I don't know how it is in summer but you should know, that there is no AC. But I'm sure Jesse has a solution also for that so don't worry 🙂

The host, Jesse, was super friendly providing useful information throughout our stay! The instructions received were extremely useful and easy to follow. The room had everything needed for a short stay, was absolutely clean and the location was great to explore Las Palmas. Jesse even suggested a free parking spot nearby and an activity for Maspalomas. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice and clean place (pictures represent the room correctly), great value for money and Jesse recommended us a street where to park our car for free. Communication was great as well and we were able to drop off our bags before check-in. It's a short walk to the beach and the centre, great bakery just around the corner as well as grocery and restaurants.

The bed was a bit squeaky.

The host Jesse was very responsive and kind. He was a great help and recommended us some great places to visit and to eat.

Perfect Place for Work and Relaxation! I had an amazing stay in this apartment! It is clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped—with everything from a toaster to a coffee machine—and the large fridge is perfect for storing all your groceries. The location is simply perfect! The beach and sea are just a short walk away, and there's a large pedestrian avenue with plenty of shops nearby. If you love padel, this is the place to be—there are three clubs within a 15-minute walk. The Wi-Fi is excellent—I was able to conduct all my online lessons without any issues. The bed is comfortable, and the overall atmosphere makes it a great place to relax. I also have to mention the incredibly helpful host who assisted me with everything I needed. This is the ideal escape from the hustle, and I will definitely be coming back next year! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
