Adorable urban suites

Everything was great. Location, Host, Cleanliness. Jesse and his family were extremely helpful in all aspects of our stay, from arrival till departure. We will definitely come again !

Excellent location, close to so many good restaurants and the beach. The room has everything you need in there, including coffee machine and large fridge. You can find even filter water. Jesse was great and he was happy to help with any questions.

The host was super welcoming and available for us! This appartment is very nice for a stay in the heart of the city, with shops and restaurants nearby, there's a bus stop close to it too that can take you to the airport or the south.

This place is better for people in good physical condition because the stairs could quite exhausting.

Everything about this little gem of an apartment was perfect. We have visited Gran Canaria many times, but usually to the south and more tourist centric part of the island. We decided to head to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria for a change, to see what people rave about. We were not disappointed. Our room was spacious enough, with a very comfortable bed which I assume can become two singles but it was not obvious nor uncomfortable. The apartment is two stories up a quite narrow staircase, but being a couple nearing 60, we had no issue with that. We did spend our four days walking and covered over 20 miles so I suppose we're fit enough that 2 flights of stairs a couple of times a day shouldn't phase us. The apartment has a decent sized fridge freezer, and a very well equipped toilet/shower room. There is some shelf space and a bit of hanging space, that may be restrictive if you were there for a longer stay, but for the location you'd make it work. Best of all, and something we hadn't had in a holiday rental before was the water filter fitted to the sink so that we had drinking water on tap. That was fabulous! Location wise, it doesn't matter which direction you turn, you have everything at your fingertips. From fab restaurants and bars to high street shops, to beach and harbour, and everything in between, you can reach it all in a few minutes. Because of the location, you have one beach just a few minutes walk away, and the more popular Las Canteras beach just a 20 minute stroll away. Here you'll find a few miles of restaurants, pubs, and nightlife if that's what you're looking for. We walked to the old town about an hour or so away, which has a lot of the same, but busier, and also has the beautiful cathedral and all of its magic. And finally the hosts, who are the loveliest family, willing to do anything to make your stay a great one.

Absolutely nothing. We cannot fault this apartment. Although the host has not had it long, they are obviously doing everything to make it a great go to apartment.

The host was super friendly and always wanting to help. He gave amazing advices! The place was small but comfortable, clean and had all the amenities! Just a small advice for people booking, the parking situation is not good around the area as it is a central place. You can get anywhere with foot or bus. Unless you want to go to Anfi beach or others in the south, dont bring a car Thank you!
