Central location. Great facilities. Plenty of supplies (e.g kitchen paper, cleaning clothes, towels, fruit, wine, etc) Clearly the owners set out to ensure their guests have an enjoyable stay. The view out over the harbour area and outwards to the sea. from the sun balcony, is breathtaking.

Nothing to dislike! I would point out that it is necessary to manoeuvre up and down several sets of steps to get to the apartment. Not a problem if you are fit and able but anyone with mobility issues might find it challenging.

Fabulous from start to finish appartment was gorgeous like being at home all the finishes and touches loved being there have booked to go back twice next year its simply the best hosts were fo helpful 😀

We very much enjoyed our week at Casa Kevin. Ana (the owner) met us on arrival at the street below: the steps and passageways up to the appartment are a little bit of a maze! The entrance hall leads to the moden bathroom (shower, toilet, basin) then the fully equipped kitchen. From there to the lovely airy and shady living room, a welcome respite (when needed) from the heat of the day. Then the spacious and comfortable main bedroom (with air conditioning, though we didn't need it in May). Another short hallway to the second bedroom (we were just a couple, so we just used it to store our bags) then the highlight of the appartment, the terrace: overlooking the street, the "Little Venice" area, the harbour, and the ocean. We spent many hours at the table and chairs there, just watching the world go by. (There are also sun loungers, if you want). All spotlessly clean. If you want somewhere much more interesting than the many "battery chicken" new appartment blocks (built inland), and a fantastic location and view, we thoroughly recommend Casa Kevin.

The pigeons are a minor nuisance around Puerto de Mogán! (As so many places).

The location is as central as it could be. Incredible view from the balcony and sun till afternoon. Apartment had everything you need for the holiday, even beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The beds were so comfortable! And the place was quiet. Extra bonus was the free parking is the garage, since we used the rental car a lot.

Like the other reviewers we were blown away by an apartment which exceeded our expectations. The apartment was very large with two good sized bedrooms, plenty of wardrobe space, a huge lounge and spacious kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine meant we could travel light. The balcony offered astonishing views over the town, sea and sunset whilst remaining private and secluded. Rita made getting the keys easy, messaging us to confirm a meeting spot. She also messaged us to arrange mid-week cleaning. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival and again after the mid-week clean. The location was perfect, if you are trying to find on Google Earth it fronts on to the road that runs around the harbour and the access steps are next to the Post Office. Yes, there are a few steps but they are spread over 3 or 4 flights so it never seemed like a chore.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Casa Kevin was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our holiday in Puerto de Mogan. The location is just perfect in a peacefull part of Puerto de Mogan old town. The appartment is big enough for 4 adults and the kitchen has everything for cooking in case you like to prepare your own dinner. We stayed 3 weeks and it was nice that the owner arranged the cleaning for us as often as we needed. The best thing was that you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset every evening from the balcony. I would love to come back one day! 33

Every thing was great

Amazing house, amazing views It is super comfortable and photos don't do justice to this beautiful house. Ana has been a great host, and also Rita which have constantly check if you needed anything which could improve our experience. They also left a great wine an absolute tasty dish of fruit. I can also say that the beds are extremely comfortable and have allowed us to rest properly. This is a quiet place, with great restaurantes nearby. You are also very close to other amazing beaches by bus or car, shuch as Amadores and Anfi Del Mar. Just beautiful! Thanks to our amazing hosts!
