The appointment was comfortable, very well equipped and well laid out. Great location and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The photos don't do it justice. Rita who let us in, was very flexible. And the welcome pack... water, a bottle of wine, a range of teas, coffee and a large bowl of fruit... was extremely welcome.

Not really a dislike but the apartment can only be reached by around 40 steps. Not an issue for us but may be difficult for people with younger children or those with mobility problems

The location and size of the apartment

No A/C and the weather was exceptionally hot so sleeping was difficult also the lack of an oven in the kitchen was restrictive

The property is absolutely perfect! The location as you can see from the pictures is right in the heart of Puerto De Mogan- with easy access to many bars and restaurants. The property itself was immaculate with all the facilities needed to feel like it was your own home. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans and utensils which made cooking meals extremely easy. The bathroom had a shower with great temperatures and pressure. There were ample amounts of towels. The living room has 2 big sofas as well as a TV with channels as well as Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney Plus (of course you must have your subscription). The balcony has a table and chairs, which is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. There are also 2 sun loungers where you can enjoy sun from about 11am all the way to 5pm. The balcony is very private. The bed was one of the nicest parts of the apartment and great to come back to after a long day. The mattress was just perfect! The wardrobes have plenty of space to hang all of your clothes and other items. The best part of the trip was the perfect communication from the host Ana and also Rita. Our flight landed late and they were so accommodating with checking us in at a late time. I will definitely recommend this apartment and hopefully be back soon myself!

super nice location and well equipped appartment, we had a fantastic stay and absolutely enjoyed the balcony for early breakfast and late afternoon drinks

The apartment is spacious with very contemporary and attractive decor. there is a balcony overlooking the marina apartments

Nothing really, but anyone visiting needs to know there are a few steps to get there!

we felt the kitchen would have been better with an oven and for anyone a bit immobile the stairs to the property were difficult

Many many stairs up to the apartment, very difficult for elderly or family with small kids and buggies etc. Difficult to carry anything up, hosts did help on arrival and departure. 3 floors up with car parking at ground level only.

Very close to the beach, and the pool bar across the street. There was a free basket of fruits and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The view of the sunset over the port from the terrace is truly breathtaking. Cleaning was done upon request, and free of charge. Ana was a very thoughtful and responsive host.

It's a bit difficult to get there through the stairs with heavy suitcases, but once you're there, you're all set. An actual oven would have made cooking a bit easier, but I am being super picky here. It's a wonderful place, fully recommended for families!
