Beautiful modern studio apartment in the center of old town Alicante. Spotless. Location excellent. Studio supplied every needed to be self sufficient. Highly recommended

The apartment is on the first floor of a new building in the very center of Alicante. It was perfectly clean. Location is great, it is close to everything, easy to walk to the beach, shops, market, restaurants. The host Fernando was extremely nice, provided great flexibility on check-in and check-out, lots of useful information and overall great communication and care.

We found the bed a bit too soft, but it might be just a personal preference. Due to a central location full of bars and people, it is somewhat noisy outside during the night, but closing the window isolates it very well.

Nice and clean apartment with comfortable big bathroom, especially shower was really big and comfortable. Nice deco and very clean. Good location in old town but this can be also problematic as it is very loud at night. Basic kitchen equipment. Toiletries provided.

Apartment is really dark - you need to have lights on all the time. We arrived late evening and there was no bed linen for our kid prepared as apparently there was miscommunication about the number of guests between the owners. After we contacted the owner they told us where to find the extra sheets but really this is last thing you want to worry about when you arrive late with a kid. There is a washing machine in the apartment but you need to be Sherlock Holmes to find it (we will not tell you the secret place ;)). Anyway we did not use it as there is no place to dry laundry or even beach towels. The couch is a disaster. For a small kind would do, but not for an adult. Really loud at night even after restaurants close.
