The location was great. Close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Fernando, the host, was extremely helpful and kind providing us with a list of places to visit, restaurants to eat at, and other tips. I definitely recommend Fernando's place if you are visiting Alicante.

Breakfast not included. Location was excellent. Very central to shops, bars, restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this. Lots of info in the apartment, well equipped including a washing machine.

Great location, short distance to everything. Owner was very helpful throughout the stay, received plenty of useful information.

The bed was a bit shorter than expected, but not to big of a deal.

The studio is in great location, very comfy, well equipped.

Walls are paper thin. Ear plugs are necessary for the night.

The flat is well designed, wellcoming and more than sufficient (surface wise) and it is well within 5 minutes walk from the beach. Within 5 -10 minutes of walking you could reach multiple restaurant-rich areas, the local theater and a local supermarket. The owners were super helpful and answered swiftly any questions we had for them. Any time we interacted with them we received clear information in a friendly and concise manner . Even though we never met them, based on our interaction, we think they are great people. We would happily visit again.

Excellent accommodation. Exceeded expectations for comfort and resources. Very well presented and thought through by hosts. Everything of good quality. Excellent location for town, beach and transport. I'd definitely book here again.

Handover of keys gave us a scare at the beginning. No one present when we arrived, no signs or bell to press and host didn't pick up phone when we called. Just unfortunate. Wouldn't deter us from returning but it wasn't a pleasant start.
