Please note there is an additional charge for air conditioning and use of the TV. Please note that cots are available upon request. From April 21st, 2025 to July 27th, 2025, some of the apartments will be under maintenance and will not be occupied by clients. All guests, INCLUDING MINORS, must present a valid official identity document upon arrival. The only accepted documents are: DNI, NIE or PASSPORT, in accordance with current Spanish regulations (Orden INT/321/2021 and Real Decreto 933/2021). The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that visitors are not permitted to access the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
