Lovely apartment. Great location near bars restaurants and little centre..staff 👌 not paying Ritzproces but doesn't great job. Fridge kettle and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Weather cold when we were there. But that's no ones faulty.. That good I'm booking now for April . Hope weather better😅😅

Very clean bungalow, comfortable bed and heated kids pool even in January. But I won't recommend the hotel for families, see negatives.

Unfortunately one receptionist has a very arrogant attitude and is unwilling to help. When we checked in it turned out they forgot our baby bed for our almost 2 year old. I explained we really needed it, because it was his nap time. They didn't bring the baby bed right away, even though they said they would. We asked 3 more times, every time they said they would bring the baby bed right away, without doing anything. After more than one hour they finally brought one. That resulted in an upset and sleep deprived toddler for the days after. Even though they advertise with an indoor kids play area, there isn't one. Officially it's under construction, but in reality they just emptied the room and there's no construction. The receptionist said instead they have an entertainment program, but on that program were only things for adults. The outdoor playground is old and needs renovation, it doesn't look safe anymore. The gym is unusable because there's a very thick white mold in the gym area. The bungalow doesn't have basics like hand soap, dish soap or extra garbage bags. So you immediately need to find a shop to buy that when you arrive. You need to pay €150,- security deposit when arriving. And if you want a remote for the AC or TV you need to pay an extra security deposit.

Que te piden una fianza de 150€… en la gran mayoría de hoteles no lo piden.
