Parque Santiago IV Official

Location. It’s one of the oldest properties, so it’s located at the end of Avenida de las Americas and at walking distance of 3 main beaches. But location is the only thing that you get.

Apartments are old, beds are super light that even a kid with 3 years old can move without any effort, we had a lot of cockroach’s that cleaning was unable to take care off, restaurant is on another facility, no parking or even a slot to drop luggages.

Apartment 1501 was brilliant, spacious, clean, modern, had all the amentities you could need and had a great view of the ocean and the pool.

The hotel was excellent, we were staying in two-bedroom apartments with a kitchen , which had a washing machine, oven, dryer, washing machine, so you can actually cook everything you want , wash your clothes etc. The apartments are clean, nicely decorated and comfortable for a long stay. We had a view on the parking and partially on the ocean. The territory is green, full of flowers, there were two pools, one is heated, which was prefect in May, keep in mind that you need to take beach towels with yourselves and buy the ones in the nearest shop. Breakfast is served in Parc Santiago 4, while the dinner was served in Parc Santiago 3, which is located right cross the road. Food is delicious, maybe the choice for breakfast could be wider, but you were always able to eat lots of fruits (papaya, watermelons etc). Drinks are not included in dinner. You can use the territory of Santiago 3 as well, that's great, cause they also have a nice free aqua park for kids. Ocean is located near the hotel, you are going out and see the promenade along the ocean and really! beautiful sunsets!, there is also white sand beach about 3-5 min walk away, which is good for kids. You can also find supermarkets, cafes, shops and children's playground near the hotel. We were taking a car (service is in Parc Santiago 3) and driving to Loro park and Teide.

Ligger perfekt lige midt i byen ! Meget rent hotel, og meget omhyggeligt housekeeping. Dejligt pool område Alt i alt en dejlig ferie !

Morgenmaden var ( for mig ) bestemt ikke god, jeg var kun dernede 3 gange i løbet af en uge, på trods af at jeg havde tilkøbt til hele ugen

The review they made to rooms are fantastic. Especially the upgrades like walk in shower and the extra water pressure was a very welcome upgrade.

The bacon for breakfast was not a type I enjoy. And the bed was very solid
