The apartments are cleaned daily and bed linen is changed every 3 days. The photos of the rooms are indicative. Each category includes a selection of several apartments. Parque Santiago is a quiet complex, so the noise level should be kept low after 10:00 p.m. The resort is carrying out a room improvement program, so renovations will be carried out in different areas throughout the year. During this period, construction may cause disruption, although the property will make every effort to minimize noise and disruption to services. Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform Parque Santiago III Official in advance of your expected arrival time. To do this, you can use the special requests box when making your reservation or contact the accommodations directly. Contact details appear on the booking confirmation. Stag or bachelorette parties or similar parties cannot be held at this accommodations. No noise is allowed from 22:00:00 to 08:00:00. People under 18 years of age can only stay if they are accompanied by one of their parents or legal guardians.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

La localisation de l'รฉtablissement est idรฉal, au centre mais au calme avec un appartement vue sur ocรฉan. La cuisine de l'appartement est top: plan de travail en pierre, bons electromรฉnagers avec dolce gusto, machine ร  laver et seche-linge รฉlectrique!! Tout le personnel est charmant et serviable. Le petit dรฉjeuner est variรฉ et bien tenu. La piscine chauffรฉe est vraiment un plus.

les matelas, bien que rรฉcents, sont inconfortables (de l'avis de tous les membres de notre famille) . De mรชme que les oreillers "mรฉmoire de forme".

Posizione perfetta, vicinissima a tutto ma lontano dalla confusione; Playa el camison รจ a pochi metri! La camera molto spaziosa e pulita. La terrazza con vista sull'oceano impagabile!

Ottima struttura! Posizione favolosa, nella zona centrale ci sono 2 piscine, una delle quali riscaldata. Dalla zona relax/piscina si puรฒ raggiungere direttamente il lungomare, comodissimo! Profumo del mare h24. Personale delle colazioni e del ristorante per la cena cordiale e disponibile, buffet piรน che soddisfacente. Camera molto comoda e pulita, grande attenzione anche alla manutenzione degli esterni e del verde. Mi sono proprio rilassata.

La pulizia della camera talvolta viene effettuata al pomeriggio, cosa non simpatica quando hai un bambino di meno di un anno che deve fare il riposino e/o se rientri per la doccia. (Ho scoperto solo alla fine del soggiorno che si poteva fare richiesta per farle fare la mattina). Dopo pranzo non รจ facile riposare proprio a causa delle pulizie che vengono fatte nelle camere adiacenti. Peccato. Ci sono state spesso incomprensioni per via della lingua proprio con le addette alle pulizie e alla reception. Grave incomprensione per la richiesta del taxi per l'aeroporto al ritorno.

Fantastic hotel in a great location at the bottom of the golden mile. Or top whatever you look at it. Doors open up right onto the beach. Both pools are salt water with one being heated which is great to move between. The rooms were clean spacious and the bed and sofas are comfortable. We had a room with a perfect view over looking the ocean. I would definitely come back here with friends and family

Die gesamte Anlage Parque Santiago IV ist groรŸartig. Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier und bin total begeistert. Das Personal ist sehr nett und die gesamte Anlage super gepflegt. Besonderes Lob verdient das Reinigungspersonal auf den Zimmern. Ich war total begeistert. Das Frรผhstรผcksbuffet war toll. Alles frisch und lecker.
