Apartamentos La Concepción

The location is great and maybe the other apartments were better quality.

Basic things missed, empty water tank, dead batteries in tv remote, no washing powder, wet towels, messy balcony and the shower curtain barely serves it purpose.

Great location in centre of the old town - but this meant a bit noisy - nothing ear plugs couldn't cope with. The place was very basic, but so was the price, so sort of expected. It would have benefitted from a deep clean. If you are on a budget, it's a great option. The beds were comfortable. The owner responded quickly when we had a power cut. It had an espresso maker...yay!

A deep clean - couldn't get TV to work - there was washing left in the machine and had a damp smell maybe because of this. There was a power surge and we lost power to the whole building - but it we were able to contact the owner quickly and they dealt with it swiftly. The safety of the electrics looked a bit questionable.

Location is good.

We booked the one bedroom apartment but when we arrived they sent us to the two bedroom apart. That one had some bad reviews (understandable because of a strong unpleasant smell caused by damp), so I mentioned that we had booked the other one. And the host said the 1bedroom one was given by mistake to other clients, he immediately said he would give us back 100% of our money back and we can look for another place, but we decided against it because it was on so short notice. Then he said he gives us 50% back as a apology, so that seemed fair enough, also because we only stayed one night. The apartment definitely has potential (nice floor, cool windows) but they have to do something about the smell.

We had never been there before and did not know about the town. The superviser did tell us everything about where to find restaurants and interesting plases in the town. He carryed ALL ours bags (5 big 2 smaller) to the apartment and down agen when we left.🙂

Nothing

The apartament was way nicer than on pictures. It's located in the city center, has nice terrace and really plenty of space.

Could be better equipped but for a short stay it's ok.

Close to town centre

Old flat in need of renovation (humidity stains on the bathroom ceiling, old furniture in general, run down toilet, very different to what's shown on the pictures). The floor was also quite dirty, the kitchen lacked equipment (like proper knives or some basics for cooking). And because the windows are so thin and the flat is so centrally located, it is quite noisy. It is also very dark.
