Tenía el mármol de la vitro roto.. no afectaba a su funcionamiento. El horno no funcionaba, en general todo bien. Zona muy tranquila. Las instalaciones bien, aunque quizás algún que otra reforma...

10 minutes walk from the beach , nice quiet location , 2 minutes walk from local supermarket , and I liked playa.Blanca as a town. Some wonderful restaurants less than 20 minutes walk.

The bedrooms are a bit cramped and the place needs probably a days maintenance work by a good handyman , for instance first time I tried to open and close the shutters the top louvre fell out . . There is no shelf on the bottom of the overhead units above the sink ? Also we couldn't get the oven to work . Also it was peculiar to see the electrical outlet directly behind the cooker hob . In sayall this if I go back to Lanzarote I would probably try to stay there again. A microwave was not there and would have been welcome

Loved the apartment..was clean, bright and out the back was a pure hot spot...never had any problems with the shower as previous users had... location was great...close to shops and bars and beach...and Carol responded to any questions we had..all in all will definitely use again..

Oven didn't work but wasn't an issue for us as we ate out most days

Beautiful clean bright apt, location was great, beside the Marina. Comfortable beds, everything you needed was supplied. Brilliant WiFi, large fridge with freezer. Large sun trapped terrace out back.

I read previous reviews about the shower but thought nothing of them until I spent more time mopping the floor than in the shower. You can have your own special wet room and the cleanest bathroom floor in Lanzarote but it still wouldn't put me off booking here again. Could supply a table and chairs for the terrace.

Terrace was nice. Location very good, close to a store and the marina.

Oven wasn’t working. Shower drain blocked.

The lounge / diner is spacious, comfy and well equipped. The area is quiet and has nice gardens surrounding it, a car park very near the property and it's an easy walk to the seafront and town.

Some of the doors are out of alignment and difficult to lock/ open, including the outer slatted door and the bathroom door. Our 14 year old locked the bathroom door to take a shower, as the door wouldn't stay shut without locking it. He realised he'd forgotten his soap/shampoo, so tried to open the door to go get this. However, the door would not unlock! We tried everything to open it. I rang the Casa Real number and was assured someone would be there. After 25 minutes wait, someone came, managed eventually to open the door with a crowbar. Our 14 year old is a type one diabetic and very anxious. That situation could have been disastrous if he had a hypo! As it was, being locked in a bathroom for over 40 minutes in total was a horrific experience for him and we were extremely worried. The man who opened the door said he'd be back the following day to repair the lock but no one turned up during our stay! We had to put a fork under the bathroom door whilst in there to stop the door from opening wide. The shower drainage is extremely slow. We weren't told about this at all. Subsequently, the bathroom floor flooded - like a swamp! Water poured into the hallway and bedrooms. I had to use every towel, blanket and anything absorbent to soak up the water. We only had one shower during our stay and had to have sink washes instead. When I immediately reported it to Casa Real, the reply was very rude, saying it was 'neglect' on our behalf to let this flood happen! Only 2 of us actually showered, and very briefly too, There is no lip on the shower tray which would definitely help. The owners should leave clear instructions about the drainage problem beforehand and ask that residents only turn the water on very gently and then turn it off after half a minute! I've never come across ower drainage as bad before and was taken aback by the very rude replies from Casa Real. I would like some compensation for this.

The check in was super easy, the apartment has everything you need, location is good and the parking is very close and free.
