Apartamento centro casco antiguo Alicante

Location was good: walking distance to the beach, the castle, the trainstation, the busstation the shower was hot and strong (but dont shower for too long or it will get cold)

it was dirty!!! the wardrobe was very dusty, a drawer was full of sugar!? some things didnt work like a clock on the wall, a missing lamp in a lampshade, half of the coffeefiltermachine was missing the artificial leather of a chair was falling into hundreds of pieces when we booked we texted the hosts to arrive between 2 and 3pm. they responded: Okay we will wait for you between 2 and 3pm. When we arrived in the street (no exact adress in the booking); nobody was there. We called the phonenumber and a unfriendly person said: "this is the wrong number but I will send somebody" after 10 minutes someone arrived to let us in. we preordered a 2nd pair of keys; we never got them. noisy neighbourhood! keep in mind that the bed is only 140cm! one of us had to sleep on the couch because in my opinion, 140cm is too small for 2 adults. I'm not a person who writes bad reviews as a hobby, but we paid 700€ for a week: the price-performance-ratio is very poor.

Dobra lokacija,blizu plaze i sve moze pesaka,vlasnica Eva je veoma ljubazna,nismo je videli ali porukama zavrsili sve sto je trebalo.

Bucno je, centar grada,prometno,blizu kafici i klubovi.Apartman je mogao biti cistiji.

L’emplacement, tout est à 20-30 min à pied, il a des ustensiles de cuisine, quelques épices, c’est entièrement équipé et il a la climatisation

La nuit ça peut-être bruyant vu qu’il a une rue très fréquentée à côté. Je proposerai un double vitrage pour empêcher les bruits d’entrer dans la pièce. Il manque juste une TV connectée avec YouTube, Netflix etc

Appartamento spazioso per 2. Completo di tutto il necessario per passare qualche giorno ad Alicante. ottimo appoggio per questa città da vivere.

La ubicación

Para empezar, aunque avisamos a la anfitriona con tiempo, no acudió a nuestra llegada y tuvimos q recoger las llaves en un local enfrente. Al poco de instalarnos me requirió con urgencia q le diera los datos de las 4 personas q nos quedábamos, aunque fue ella la q no vino en el momento, y haciéndome perder tiempo después intentando recopilar los datos de los cuatro. Las instalaciones tampoco me gustaron ya q ponía q tenía aire acondicionado y sólo lo había en el salón. Además había varios desperfectos como un picaporte q se salía, ventanas q no cerraban bien... La limpieza dejaba mucho q desear ya q los armarios estaban llenos de polvo. Además, las ventanas eran muy viejas y se oía mucho ruido de la calle. En definitiva, lo único q tenía bueno, q era la ubicación, al final resultó algo negativo x las condiciones del apartamento. Para colmo, estaban de obras en la fachada, con lo cual más ruido y sin ser avisados x la anfitriona..

El alojamiento estaba en obras, con un andamio que lógicamente no se veía nada lo que había delante ni tampoco se podía disfrutar de la terraza, aparte de que se encontraba bastante sucia por las obras que estuvieran realizando en ese momento, aunque se notaba que no se habían preocupado en salir a repasarla un poco antes de que llegásemos, también le faltaba limpieza a la cocina, y utensilios de cocina, que menos que una simple tostadora y un colador.. La estancia en general fué un poco decepcionante, llegábamos con muchas ganas e ilusión, pero cuando nos encontramos las obras nos llevamos un chasco, nos hubiera gustado que la persona que se encarga de gestionar el apartamento nos hubiera avisado de lo que íbamos a tener, pero no tuvimos ni esa simple opción, y eso deja mucho que desear.

Very noisy due to bad isolation. Also, on the very first day of arrival there were some facade works and we literally had a worker at the terrace in front of the bedroom.It was quite dusty and pretty much uncomfortable..

Great location in old town. One block from busses and tram. Grocery store in same block. Reasonably quiet considering the downtown location.

Online information indicated the manager would meet us and hand over keys. Instead we were told to pick up keys from store nearby. No instructions on internet, washer, appliances , etc. Request for second key was declined. In mornings dead roaches were present most mornings. Last morning there was no water.
