Good location, 30 second stroll to the beach. Cafes/bars close by and Balcón de Europa a short 10 minute stroll away.

Property is need of a refurb, it is tired. Needs a significant paint job, our clothes were ruined in whitewash from the walls (including in the wardrobe). It seems that these walls were painted as a quick fix. Furniture is also old and stained in places, could do with replacement. This property was not cheap for a few days, even in low season - expected more. We also had to walk 15 minutes away to retrieve the keys from a lockbox, this could have been made easier by having a lockbox at the property.

Good air conditioning in the main room and bedroom with a ceiling fan for the smaller bedroom, good size spacious property and the host was on call for any issues, communicating very well

Not enough hot water for 3 people to have a shower, not really a problem as water was warm, maybe more pillows for each of the beds

Det skulle behövas en liten uppfräschning av lägenheten och möbler. Diskmaskin saknades. Sköna sängar, två badrum var bra. AC fungerade bra men vi var tvungna att tömma spillvatten från AC varje dag som inte fick rinna över smutsiga vattenbehållare. Städningen var sådär, terrassen var inte ok när vi kom.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, beach front, close to restaurants , bars and shops. A short walk to centre of town. All the facilities you need for a short or longer stay. Comfortable beds. The apartment block is very clean , including the amazing garden and pool area. Helpful, friendly , smooth check in /out.
