Die Lage war großartig, zentrumsnah. Kostenloses WLAN hat funktioniert.

Farbe an den Wänden an vielen Stellen abgeblättert, wurde zwar schon in älteren Bewertungen genannt, aber ist nicht saniert worden. Die Vorhänge vor den Fenstern konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Bettdecke (Doppelbett) war extrem schwer, Bettbezug war nicht hygienisch verschließbar. Ein Aufzug war zwar vorhanden, konnte aber nicht benutzt werden. 2. Etage im relativ dunklen Treppenhaus war sehr unbequem mit Reisegepäck. Die Instruktionen per WhatsApp für den elektronischen Schlüssel waren teilweise nicht zutreffend und dadurch verwirrend. Ein Video zeigte, wie man in das Haus und das Zimmer kommt - aber mit dem Schlüssel, den man erst nach dem erstmaligen Betreten im Zimmer vorfindet. Die Vorrichtung für den elektronischen Schlüssel gab eine Fehlermeldung - nicht verbunden. Erst über Bluetoth konnte ich das Zimmer öffnen. Ein hilfsweise zugesandtes Video für die Bluetoth-Einstellung war nur in Spanisch mit extrem schneller Sprache -also nicht hilfreich. Einmal musste ich eine Cucaracha im Bad umbringen. In der Küche gab es zwar allgemein ausreichend Geschirr, aber nur zwei - noch dazu unterschiedliche - Tassen. Unschön.

Condizioni Inaccettabili dell'Appartamento Ho soggiornato presso questo appartamento e sono rimasta profondamente delusa e preoccupata per le condizioni in cui versava la struttura. Nonostante la posizione potenziale, l'esperienza è stata compromessa da gravi problemi strutturali e di igiene che rendono l'alloggio inadatto ad ospitare persone. L'aspetto più allarmante riguarda le condizioni delle pareti e del soffitto, che presentano gravi segni di incuria e potenziali problemi strutturali: Crepe Multiple: Sono presenti crepe evidenti sia sul soffitto che sulle pareti. Deterioramento delle Pareti: Si nota un ampio pezzo di intonaco mancante sul muro con striature nere . Nell' angolo vicino al letto presenza di problemi di umidità e muffa non trattati. Arredamento Inadeguato: L'appendiabiti presente era completamente arrugginito, rendendone sconsigliabile l'utilizzo per motivi igienici. Presenza di Peli: Ho riscontrato la presenza di numerosi peli e capelli sia sul pavimento che, in modo particolarmente sgradevole, direttamente sul letto e sulle lenzuola. Questo indica che la biancheria non è stata cambiata o che la pulizia non è stata eseguita in modo professionale. Sporcizia Generale: Il livello di igiene è stato decisamente al di sotto degli standard minimi richiesti per una struttura ricettiva. Conclusione Sconsiglio vivamente la prenotazione di questo appartamento fino a quando non verranno eseguiti urgenti e radicali interventi di manutenzione strutturale e non verrà garantito un livello di igiene impeccabile. Le condizioni riscontrate non giustificano in alcun modo il costo dell'affitto e rappresentano un rischio per la salute e la sicurezza degli ospiti.

El alojamiento estaba limpio y la estancia fue tranquila,la cama y las almohadas cómodas y el wifi funciona bien. La comunicación muy buena.

Lo único que echamos en fata fue que no hay televisión y en algún momento se echa en falta.

The apartment is a little bigger than a Hotelroom - that is nice for a longer stay. And it had a washing machine, which is also nice if you want to travel light. Checkin and Check out was easy and the hosts were nice and available on whatsapp. Location was good you can walk into city center by foot in about 15 minutes.

The bed was tiny. I think its only a 120cm wide bed. For two people who aren’t a couple and are both tall it was way to small and short. Also not necessarily the compfiest bed. You also have to bring out the trash on your own which is fine I guess but you can only do so after 10 pm. The Bathroom is quite small but fine. As in previous reviews described the walls colour was coming off which is kinda disturbing. And you won‘t see any daylight. And you can’t use the elevator although the apartment is in the 2nd floor.
