Apartamento La Buena Guarda

Ruime woonkamer, 2 aparte slaapkamers, schoon appartement

Niet dat het tegen viel maar nog wel een tip: Op het 2 persoonsbed lag een 2 persoonlaken waar 2 personen onder liggen (temperatuurverschillen; de ander wakker maken bij het omdraaien etc). Dat vindt niet iedereen fijn --> ook een optie voor 2x een 1 persoonslaken aanbieden.

Ho trascorso qualche notte a Madrid con un'amica per turismo. L'appartamento si trova in una bella zona, comoda per spostarsi dappertutto in centro, sia a piedi che coi mezzi, e con ristoranti e negozi vicino, pur trovandosi in una via molto tranquilla. Abbiamo ritirato le chiavi nel bar di fronte, dello stesso proprietario. L'appartamento è carino e ben arredato, con una zona giorno luminosa e camere interne cieche che affacciano su corridoio e salotto con varie aperture, ma un po' più trascurato di come appare nelle foto. Invece l'aria condizionata funziona bene, anche se, come ben specificato, non si trova in tutte le camere. Inoltre, trovandosi al piano terra, e affacciando su uno stretto cortile interno, l'appartamento non si scalda mai tantissimo ed è molto piacevole.

Ci siamo trovate abbastanza bene, sebbene la casa non fosse pulitissima (capelli nei letti e polvere su mobili e negli angoli, sotto i divani, sotto i letti, in bagno, nel cortiletto), alcune lampade non funzionassero, gli asciugamani fossero molto usati e con strappi, le porte delle camere e degli armadi non chiudessero bene, non ci fosse nulla (caffè, acqua) a disposizione, come invece avevamo letto in recensioni precedenti. Inoltre, suggeriremmo di aggiungere luci vicino al comodino della camera matrimoniale e qualche spina doppia per poter mettere in carica il telefono.

Emplacement et l'appartement lui même. La petite cours. La clim. Propriétaire très disponible. Son café/restaurant (bon cuisinier!) dans la rue est très accueillant.

Les serrures sont difficile à ouvrir. Et plusieurs jeux de clefs seraient appréciables.

The owners were very helpful and friendly. The location is superb. Will definitely be back soon.

The location was perfect and very quiet. Very close to Prado and great restaurants. The owner has a restaurant close by that looks lovely though we didn't get a chance to sample it. He provided recommendations to other restaurants in the area that were excellent. Owner was always responsive to our requests and helpful.

Entrance to the apartment is in need of an update but the apartment itself is great.

Great spot in a beautiful city. The host was incredible, and felt like home away from home. Great to have a washing machine!!

No iron or ironing board, and you may need basic supplies.

The owner greeted us when I texted him upon arrival. It is a narrow street so the taxi cannot wait or stop anywhere. He was very friendly, could speak English well and escorted us to the apartment. It is a beautiful place with plenty of space for all of us. Pretty cool as well without using much of the aircon so that was great. I definitely recommend this place!

When reading this question I actually have no idea what was not good. I am sure I can come up with something but honestly it was just a great place.
