Genteel Home Baños

We had a wonderful stay in the ground floor terraced apartment. Beautifully decorated, homely, sun terrace to enjoy the sun with a canopy, large outdoor dining table and large outdoor seating area. It was safe and secure and centrally located. The beds were comfortable, the supplies were plentiful and the staff couldn't be more helpful from time of booking right through to check out. I would highly recommend a stay here. It is on the old town within easy walking distance to all attractions. Supermarket less than 2 minutes walk.

Nettes Apartment im Zentrum. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.

The space; the massive courtyard for this particular unit; washing machine; essentials left ready for us; really loved the location and felt we were part of a traditional community but still close to all the old city charm and river front precinct at the other end. Great local restaurants nearby. Communication with the property manager was effective.

Some issues with wifi that were resolved. Maybe need to centralise the location of the modem. It also created a light show in the front bedroom! Big issue with noise in the front room. People walking past; scooters scooting past. Definitely the front metal security door could be closed quietly but the visitors upstairs certainly made no such effort. Perhaps needs some rubber insulation? Nor did the upstairs folk make an effort to take shoes off and proceeded to clatter around well after their late return. Suffice to say I had very little sleep in that few days. To top it off another resident felt the need to bash loudly on our door between 8:30 and 9am on our final morning! If we had done something to offend it would have been more civilised to knock and discuss it! There was an issue with the smaller front room bathroom shower but will communicate directly with the property manager.
