"Een heerlijk, zorgeloos en mooi verblijf in het centrum van Sevilla."

Het appartement is ruim, licht en voorzien van allerlei faciliteiten zoals een koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker en föhn. De patio is heerlijk en ook binnen zit je gezellig aan de tafel of op de bank. De bedden zijn comfortabel en de badkamers zijn netjes en ruim. Handdoeken waren er meer dan genoeg.

Er zaten wat kleine vlekjes in het beddengoed bij aankomst en er was weinig toiletpapier voor het aantal dagen dat we er waren. Wij sliepen vijf nachten in het appartement en er werd geen een keer schoongemaakt. Het zou fijn zijn als er na bijvoorbeeld drie dagen een keer schoon wordt gemaakt, ook om bijvoorbeeld toiletpapier aan te vullen. Bij aankomst was het, op het beddengoed na, erg schoon en spik en span.

Genteel are a very professional company offering the best value for money of accommodation I’ve stayed at for a long time. the apartment was v well equipped and the air con worked beautifully during a hot stay. The beds were v comfortable, the showers were good quality. The little amenities offered were excellent. I would happily stay with these guys again!

posizione centrale. Appartamento accogliente e abbastanza silenzioso. Cucina attrezzata.

Il check in fatto online dovrebbe essere semplificato. La connessione wii fi ha dato problemi. All'arrivo i tubi di un bagno e della cucina risultavano intasati. Il primo giorno l'assistente non è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Suggerirei di dotare il bagno di ganci e mensole

The location was great, the customer service was great. We arrived at 12 noon but they still helped us open the apartment and let us keep our luggage there. The cutomer service team was very helpful over whatsapp and very quick with responses.
