- loud neighborhood - avoid sleeping on the sofa, it is super uncomfortable and creaks with every move - even if one bedroom apartment can fit up to 4 people, with the max capacity reached it's just too small

Struttura molto funzionale e ben attrezzata per brevi soggiorni, ubicata molto vicino alla fermata della metro, un quartiere pieno di negozi di ogni genere e, come usa a Madrid, aperti fino a tarda sera. La nostra comitiva era composta da 11 adulti e due bambini, quindi ci hanno riservato tre appartamenti. Tutto ineccepibile, l'unica pecca il self check-in, bisogna fare l'auto registrazione nel portale e per noi che eravamo in tredici è stato molto laborioso e lungo, forse era meglio se ci inviavano il link qualche giorno prima per farlo con calma. Nel complesso però il nostro giudizio è stato molto positivo, consiglierei anche ad altri.

L'auto registrazione per il self check-in e se proprio vogliamo segnalare qualcosa, diciamo che il bagno dell'appartamento a piano terra è un po' scomodo, soprattutto la doccia.

The environment is certainly different from the tourist heart of Madrid, because this area is dominated by a Latino-Afro population, which can be interesting as a cultural phenomenon. After all, it significantly changes the perception of a sleek, street-oriented city that tourists usually get if they stay in, for example, Salamanca. A very good side of this apartment is that there is a large green market in the immediate vicinity, as well as numerous shops such as Lidl, Carrefour and smaller shops. The metro station is a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment is equipped with many necessities, which is very good. So a note to the manager, the coffee machine did not work! And another note, the building is purpose-built for renting apartments. The picture in the ad also shows a terrace. However, the terrace only exists in the apartments on the top floor.

Het contact met de beheerder verliep soepel, snel en ze waren zeer behulpzaam. Kamers waren netjes en schoon.
