Comfortable, clean, modern, convenient location by using the metro.

The neighbourhood was not the best. Nothing bad in particular, just not very pretty.

Tt et bien rien a dire

Blisko metra i autobusów. Łatwy dojazd do najważniejszych zabytków Madrytu (Pałac Królewski, Prado, Via Gran). W mieszkaniu ekspres do kawy, kapsułki, oliwa. Wygodne łóżka, Łatwo rozkładana kanapa.

Aneks kuchenny bradzo mały i skompo wyposażony. Brak noży, którymi da się coś pokroić (np. pomidora). Można coś ugotować, ale to nie jest łatwe. Jeśli ktoś planuje imprezowy pobyt, to lokalizacja ta jest świetna (dużo knajp i barów w okolicy). Jeśli ktoś chce odpocząc po zwiedzaniu, może być to trudne ze względu na ciągły hasłas, także w nocy.

- cleanliness could've been much better. The decorative pillow from the bed had stains on it. Same for the couch. Same for the walls - having stained walls next to the bed is very uncomfortable and also quite disgusting - the noise : we could hear the neighbours and everything from the outside: 12 AM trash car picking up, party people, screaming people on the street - the neighbourhood is not the greatest - the shower temperature was a nightmare: you moved it just a tiny bit, half of centimetre and it went from cold to super hot. It was always a struggle to find a manageable temp - there were a lot of ants in the living room/kitchen. I saw more than 10

La comunicazione via whatsapp è stata molto efficiente. Sulle istruzioni per il self check in era stato indicato un numero di appartamento sbagliato, ma mi è stata data subito la giusta indicazione alla mia richiesta. Inoltre non avevano fornito la culla che avevo richiesto per il soggiorno ma avendolo fatto notare ce l'hanno portata il giorno dopo.

L'appartamento è veramente molto piccolo per due adulti e due bambini. Aprendo il divano letto non rimane più spazio per muoversi. La pulizia era molto approssimativa. Nel bagno non finestrato non funziona il sistema di ventilazione e per i primi due giorni si sentiva puzzo di fumo (probabilmente proveniente da qualche altro appartamento). L' appartamento si trova su una strada molto rumorosa soprattutto di notte e dalle stanze si sentono tutti i rumori. La zona dove si trova l'appartamento è vicino ad una fermata della metro che però è ben collegata solo al centro ma non ad altre zone (tipo Bernabeu), inoltre non è presente ascensore per accedere ma soltanto scale, per cui decisamente scomodo con bambini piccoli e passeggino.
