Boa localização. Camas confortáveis. Não utilizamos a cozinha, mas tinha os essenciais.

Estava muito calor, e o que tinham como arrefecimento era AC portátil, pelo que as janelas tinham que estar abertas, e o apartamento não arrefecia...estava muito quente, e ninguém conseguiu dormir em condições devido à temperatura que estava dentro do apartamento. =( foi muito chato.

The apartment was clean and cute, nice looking bathroom and good space for a couple of people. The location was great, a little out from the city centre but the train station was only a 5-10 minute walk, and the building is right across from a great place with cheap tacos and cocktails! The sofa bed was easy to fold out and both beds were comfy, and the shower was fine. We didn't use the rest of the facilities much but everything was provided such as coffee, towels, water etc. The building also felt safe, and using a code to enter the room was nice as you never had to worry about a key.

The only fault I could pick out is that it was a little out from the centre, but the trains were not very long and were well scheduled.

When we arrived we got apartment with broken AC and I had a terrible throat infection so I couldn’t handle the heat. It was a last minute booking as the previous apartment we booked with a different agent was a scam and didn’t exist. Thanks to Shalini issue was resolved in a timely manner, we were relocated to the place with a working AC. Bright, clean apartment with a spacious terrace where you can enjoy a spectacular sunset. It was easy to access as you didn’t need to use a key or be worried to loose it. Grocery store was nearby and to get to metro was around 7 minutes. Nice neighbourhood and quiet 24/7. On one floor only two apartments so we didn’t even hear the neighbours.

Location of the first apartment was below the expectations, however afterwards we were moved to a more peaceful and clean neighbourhood

The unit was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed for quick meals. It was close to the metro and supermarkets.

The mobility-friendly bathroom didn’t work well for us, but we adapted. It was very noisy every night until 3:30am which made it hard to sleep.

Estava bastante sujo. Bancada da cozinha, sofá cheio de manchas. Falta de manutenção. Bastante degradado. Péssima experiência. Nem ficamos porque tinha nojo de tudo em que tocava.

Emplacement dans le quartier ' latinos ' de Madrid Il y est possible de déguster presque toutes les spécialités de l'Amérique du Sud Appartement sécurisé. Facile à trouver car bien indiqué. Photos sur le site correspondent au logement (Logement bien pour 2 personnes (une 3ème personne sur le canapé lit)) 2 stations métro à 5 ou 10min à pied - en 20min, on est au centre de Madrid Présence policière partout que ce soit dans le quartier, dans le métro, au centre ville (impressionnante)

Le logement est très mal isolé de l'extérieur donc impossible de dormir avant 23h. On entend tous les bruits de la rue (malgré le double vitrage), heureusement que le bar mexicain en face ferme à minuit pour que la rue devienne calme.
