Very satisfied about the accommodation and the staff was always helping with any issues beside the accommodation as well. Receptive to our demandings and very helpful 🙏 They also disinfect the apartment and we didn't have any 🪳 in the apartment, even if it was on the first floor. The parking was just 5 min away, walking. And the price for 1 day just 6€, thanks to Stefania. At the other places we paid 16€!👀 Also grocery store 5 min away, a lot of shops and restaurants around. The beach 10 min walking..🥰 So in general the accommodation was a great choice for us! We'll definitely come back again! Thank you Stefania for everything 🙏

In general we liked everything🤩! Maybe it would be good to have mesh on the windows to keep insects out, but we didn't notice mosquitos or any flies from outside, because we were not home in the evening to keep the windows open..

First of all: I was incredibly happy with this apartment. It had everything I needed and it felt inviting and open. The location was also good - it's not super central (you have to take a bus and switch once, depending where you are coming from) but I personally loved that part because it meant: it was quiet and it was super close to the beach. The host was also very accommodating. I had some minor issues with the TV and she came the next day to have it fixed.

We stayed in the studio with a balcony on the second floor. We were happy to have exterior windows (unlike most other rooms here), the studio was clean and modern, with cute decor. The check-in and check-out is very simple and with no human contact, which we loved. Both front door and room door have numeric pads with codes, so we didn't have to worry about losing a key or card for the room. All instructions from the apartment were very clear. The location was also good for us, and we had a discount at the closest parking garage thanks to this reservation (6€ per day, going in and out as many times as you need).

Blinds and curtains are on the windows, but 5+ cm away from the glass, meaning there's a lot of light in the room even at night with everything closed. The microwave (across from the bed) also has a bright blue light, which is less than great for trying to sleep. The TV remote didn't work, and it's a smart TV that can't be controlled without remote. The hair drier didn't work (found it "turned on" so it was probably fried by being left like that). To be fair, we didn't complain about TV and drier during our stay, as we didn't want visitors for relatively unimportant fixes for us at the time. For 2 people and 5 days, would also be nice to get a little bit more than 2 little sample packets of shower gel and shampoo, and maybe a bit of salt at least for the kitchen. Also note that utensils are minimal, so you'll be washing the same 2 forks and glasses constantly. The cleaning lady was confused to see us using the washing machine (even though we had explicit instructions from the apartment that guests can use it). But we guess she was just caught off guard in the moment.

The host was very accommodating and helpful.

nuestra primera estancia en un hotel autónomo! y ha sido un éxito, el estudio súper cómodo (aunque la butaca cama para una urgencia esta bien) su cocina, baño y demás servicios a disposición, muy prácticos y la zona muy cerca de todo, y lo mejor no hemos escuchado ruidos!! volveremos a repetir si volvemos a Canarias! gracias!

Perfect location, clean, easy check in.

Nothing in particular, maybe just a couple of suggestions: adding a couple of bowls for yoghurt/cereals for breakfast would be great, and also hangings for clothes

Più pulito di così non si può, ti senti come a casa, appena entri vieni avvolto da un profumo di pulito! Le foto non rendono come dal vivo se mai dovessi tornare a Las Palmas sceglierei di nuovo e senza dubbio questa soluzione, la posizione non è il massimo ma in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge qualsiasi punto della città, sinceramente abbiamo bisogno di più posti del genere per viaggiare qualità/prezzo al top! Spero mantengano questo standard negli anni. Complimenti! (Wifi smart tv microonde cucina frigo e tutto 'indispensabile presente!)
