Very clean, modern, with all the amenities! It looked like an architects loft, the showers were amazing! It sas also very quiet, but very central to the center of la isleta. We really enjoyed our stay! It was also very nice to have a car parking, which worked perfectly without any problems.

Clean and spacious room. Balcony very small and the chair in the room is too large to put it outside so someone can sit outside. It’s very annoying to type in 2 codes every time you leave the apartment. Parking on the street when you are lucky

De accommodatie was netjes, schoon en er was precies alles wat je nodig had voor een city trip. Vriendelijke host die erg behulpzaam was. Wij waren er begin november met drie dames. We hadden geen last van overlast qua geluid. Rustige buurt waar je je veilig voelt als vrouwen. Kortom echte aanrader!!

Everything was absolutely superb. The location of the apartment is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the bus stop and from there about 15-20 minutes to the historical part of the city. Walking distance (about 15-20 minutes) to Las Canteras beach. The apartment was small but sufficient for 1-2 people. Equipped kitchen was a plus. Everything was new and clean.

A few very small things: only a welcome set of toiletries were provided which would not be sufficient for the whole stay if we were two. I was alone and was provided with 2 pieces of body gel, shampoo, soap and toillet paper. Sufficient for my stay and did not have to buy anything, but would not be sufficient for 2 people. I would recommend highlighting it in the apartment description so people can bring their own or know that they will need to buy some. The other thing was that people in the other apartment on the same floor were a bit noisy and I could hear everything: their TV, their conversations, door opening, closing etc. The entrance door is not isolating the room from the noise coming from the building hall. The last thing I would comment on is that I did not find any switch inside the apartment to manage the light in the balcony. Sometimes it turned on when the light in the building hall was turned on (that was automatic) but I could not turn it off or on by myself. Luckily it turned off automatically at 10 pm.
