La ubicación

La cama estaba completamente rota cuando llegamos de noche, el jacuzzi no funcionaba,estaba llenos de bichos, no calentaba y el router de la WiFi estaba estropeado. El baño daba mucho olor a bajante, estaba llenos de mosquitos, la cocina llena de hormigas y el último día apareció por la cocina una cucaracha, que terminó en el baño también. Por otro lado la puerta de afuera se abría sola si no pasaba la llave y la de dentro la cerradura estaba media suelta, nos costaba abrir y cerrar fácilmente.

Best location for Corralejo, nice patio. Overall good, I’ve read so many bad reviews but I think for few days it’s more than good for the standard of Corralejo.

The owners/agency was very hard to get in contact with. I wanted to extend my stay and try to text them and call them for 5 days then I just made a second reservation on booking. Once inside the apartment I let them know that the wifi was not working and they didn’t even reply me, so I’ve never had wifi when I was there. There are ants everywhere.

Dirty Hot Tub with no cover ,it never heated up and had a fault code. And a severe water leak. That based on the brown staining on tiles has been present a long time. Wi Fi not working for 6 days . Filthy tables with corrosion. Lock in Bedroom jammed shut making it difficult to open. Leaking ceiling. Loose lock on front gate and missing handle. Damage to frame . Outdoor chairs are only fit for dump, dirty and worn. Many broken and damaged tiles, ,making it dangerous. Loose electrical socket covers. Badly corroded stairs with amateurish repairs with exposed plaster board in an unfinished state. Broken door on fridge and corrosion at base . The cooker was in a similar state. Door bell and intercom not working. One key for each door on a broken piece of wire. We left early to go to a Hotel as my wife was depressed at the place. It’s unfit for renting and should be removed from Booking .com until repairs are made . We paid 1700 euros and feel exploited. Having used booking.com for many years in the same area this is our worst experience. We will not use booking .com in the future

Bed was very soft and only 1 fan in the apartment. Wifi didn’t work either. Small ants in the kitchen and on the table, you can keep wiping it down but they come back
