Location is very good. .hot tub worked fine no problem at all..I would stay again for the price I paid .I wouldn't pay anymore tho

Room lacks natural daylight but not a real prob tbh . Was an occasional smell of drains tended to be during the night but wasn't every night

Absolutely dreadful experience at this property. There were ants and cockroaches, foul orders from extreme dampness which impacted my asthma. The hot tub was non functioning and staff lied about this. We were told it would heat up in a few hours but this was untrue. Then there was a tale about a part coming from Northern Spain which sounds ridiculous on islands full of hot tubs. During our 18 day stay the hot tub was never functioning as it did not heat up. Management agencies who lie are just despicable. This is no way to run a business and a paltry €88 refund to compensation was unacceptable. We would never have booked this property if we were aware the hot tub was malfunctioning. I specifically asked it be checked and in working order prior to our arrival. Our contract is with Booking.com and have never had an issue in the past. We have booked a total of 5 properties with you over a 2 month visit to the island. Property number 2 is lovely but again more lies from management agency leaving us on the side of the street with luggage for over 2 hours after we were meant to be given access to the property as agent was "busy" with others. He waved his phone claiming he sent me a What's App message that morning which never arrived. You should have serious concerns about the agencies you do business with when hosting properties. Things can go wrong of course and need to be put right but deceit and false advertising is not acceptable. If Booking.com does not demand a standard of the management agencies of properties it hosts, then this reflects very badly on Booking.com I have serious reservations about using in the future.

The location is amazing, it's a 30 second walk to the main strip and 1 minute from the main beach. Wow, and excellent value for your money.

Nothing everything and everyone was perfect

Location was good Price was good Apartment overall was nice for a short stay

Drains smelt and when someone cooked above the apartment smelt of there food No air con in the bedroom and was very hot considering the time of year Shower and hot tub leaked

Hot Tub not working and leaking, door handles falling off The drain smell was awful especially in bedroom Rain coming through the ceiling through the light in bathroom, fixings loose ie taps and shower

No outside clothes airer that we could find. Dripping hot tub but that wasn't really an issue.

Hot tub wasn’t working correctly or filtering so had to stop using after day two

Everything so close to beaches restaurants shops parking always available near by Hot tub was hot and worked well. powerful shower in the bathroom. My family of 4 loved it all. Had a small maintenance issue halfway through our time and work men were there within the hour will be back again next year hopefully.
