Great location, very helpful staff and nice views of the city

Excellent location beside the beach and within 5 minute walk of the Old Town.

Nothing - excellent service and apartment.

The location was excellent. Easy to walk to everywhere. There was no A/C, but there were fans in every main room. There were a few stairs to the lift, but the 5th floor location was good and allowed a slit view of the sea. Settee was comfortable. The kitchen was small but adequate, and there was water in the fridge - no oven, however.

If we had been staying longer, and eating in, we would have appreciated staples like oil and vinegar. There was a bit of ground coffee, which I assume the last occupants had left.

The proximity to the beach, the pedestrian areas and the old town was exceptional. The apartment had a great view of the neighbourhood and easy access to cafes, bakeries, supermarkets and buses.

Some provisions could have been provided to at least have a drink of tea or coffee on arrival, maybe some milk.

Perfect location within easy walking distance to La Concha and Old Town, partial view to beach from living room.

It was pretty loud at night with several clubs nearby, beds were not very comfortable especially in the single room.

Súper location close to old town, beaches, shops. Very clean, bright and spacious apartment. Parking in close walking distance.

Mattresses could have been a little bit more comfortable (harder).

Our host, Jose (Juan's dad), met us at the apartment right on time. He was gregarious and great ambassador for San Sebastian (Donastia). The place is rented legally and is perfectly situated steps from Concha beach. Breakfast was at any of a number of convenient cafes. In the middle of our stay, we rented a car and Jose immediately secured us convenient parking at a very good rate. San Sebastian was fantastic: inviting community, great beaches, beautiful architecture, amazing food and not overrun. A good home base for visiting Biarritz, San Juan de Luz,, Pamplona, etc. Jose was always ready to help out.
