lo mejor el contacto con Cesar una persona super amable, el apartamento genial. sin duda super recomendable. si vuelvo a Tenerife tengo claro que volvería a este alojamiento.

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, aunque está en una calle con mucho tráfico por lo que no se puede dormir con las ventanas abiertas. El piso para dos está bien, para más lo veo complicado. El sofá cama no es cómodo y se dobla por la mitad cuando te tumbas. César, el anfitrión, es muy majo.

Las camas no son muy cómodas. Hemos pasado mucho calor ya que las ventanas son muy pequeñas y es muy difícil ventilar. Nos dejaron un ventilador muy muy ruidoso que nos ayudó un poco. Hemos ido en plena ola de calor, lo que no ha ayudado pero aún así, incluso cuando corría aire fuera, no entraba nada en la casa.

We booked this apartment for 5 nights to enjoy a family holiday. The initial impression was misleading — the apartment appeared bright, stylish, and spacious in the photos, but in reality, it felt dark, tired, and not cozy. The kitchen greeted us with greasy, sticky dishes, unwashed plates and colander, and a cutlery drawer with crumbs inside. There was almost no dish soap, the sponge was not new, and there wasn’t even a kitchen towel. These may seem like small things, but comfort is built on such basics. We chose an apartment with a kitchen to cook at home, but it was simply unpleasant to use. The bathroom had mold in the corners and grout, and the sink was clogged — water drained very slowly. On the very first day, we noticed insects both in the kitchen and the bathroom — crawling on dishes, personal items, and everywhere. It felt unhygienic and unacceptable. We immediately contacted the host and explained the situation. He responded quickly, offered to call someone to spray poison and clean the pipes, and advised us to store all food in the fridge. But we came on vacation — not to manage pest control or supervise repairs. These things must be taken care of before guests arrive. Positives: Great location — near the bus station, three shopping centers, supermarkets, and the city center. Clean bed linen and a big comfortable table. A small gym on the floor. Friendly and responsive host who stayed in touch and adjusted the booking quickly. We stayed two nights and then decided to leave early. The host was helpful and refunded the remaining nights — we truly appreciated that. He also promised to inspect everything and fix the problems. Still, having to urgently find a new place during a vacation was stressful — and not what we expected when booking this property.

Additional issues: Insects Towels had stains and an unpleasant smell — nothing like the white towels in the photos. The entrance lock was shaky and didn’t feel secure. The bathroom door was swollen or damaged and didn’t close properly. The overall cleanliness felt superficial — as if the apartment hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The design details and decorative items seemed to be more about distracting the eye than adding value. With windows closed — it was very stuffy. But opening them brought in a lot of street noise.
