Really friendly host who did everything to help us with our trip!! Even allowed us to check out slightly late despite no advance notice. Excellent hospitality and would recommend to any travellers hoping to go to Santa Cruz.

Nicely thought out and comfortable apartment, with everything needed for a mid-long term stay. (including kettle and washing machine) Good location close to everything, including supermarket, bars and restaurants, and about 10-15 mins walk from auditorium etc. Love having shutters to keep things quiet and dark for a decent night's sleep and it definitely helped muffle things, being on a fairly main road. Good info provided on places to visit, restaurants etc.

The parking is pretty crazy nearby but once you get your head round that, you just park on the front and walk 10 mins!

Close to bus terminal and shopping mall.

I did not like the appartment. Very disappointing . Appartment is on 1st floor of very noisy avenue and even window closed you hear all the traffic. So I slept very badly. Then there was no balcony or any terrace to enjoy and thus not possible to dry easily the wet towels for which I requested a second one, they gently provided one with an extra pillow. The double bed was not comfortable and was making noise. It s a small 1.40m large double so I cannot imagine 2 people sleeping in it. And finally before using the kitchen tools I had to wash some of them because they were still dirty. Some items were missing ex : no wine glasses, no kitchen towels, very old broken plates, etc 🤷🏼‍♂️
