Apartamento Bastian Casas Verdes

The location is perfect to reach any part of the island, close to restaurants, supermarket, beach and cafés. The swimming pool and the external area are absolutely great. The communication with the host has been smooth and comprehensive. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed.

The ceiling of the kitchen needs probably a renovation because it looks like a recent leak took place. Boiler for hot water needs time to recharge. After the first shower it is recommended to wait a little bit to have shower again otherwise the second person will probably experience colder shower.

I couldn't find the bins to dispose of the rubbish, at the end of our stay.

This apartment is in a beautiful and quiet complex but in a great location for a supermarket beach and restaurants.. The grounds are immaculate and there are plenty of sun beds around the pool. The pool was a bit cold but the weather had been very unsettled before we arrived. The apartment is well equipped and has a smart TV. The bed was OK but the quilt cover was a bit rough in texture.

We had a late flight and there was nowhere to leave our bags. Had I known I may have booked an earlier flight.

Beautiful clean quiet friendly place.. I want to come back soon!

This is a very well equipped apartment in a lovely little block. It is clean and the generous patio area opens directly to the secure beautiful and well maintained garden and pool. It is a few minutes walk to the beach and the sweeping promenade. We walked onwards to several perfect beaches every day and often in the evening as it is well lit and very safe. There is a great bakery and a little supermarket a minutes walk away too. The restaurant opposite, Sausalito is very good but you need to book . They do a decent take out pizza too. Altogether a perfect spot.

There were no flaws at all. Even beach chairs are provided.Perfect
